*Do you offer free shipping?  We offer standard shipping and expedited option at checkout. Also, in special occasions we like to offer free shipping to our VIP email club members.

* Do you ship internationally?  At the moment we are only shipping to U.S. - but we're working on expanding our horizons! we'll keep you posted. 

* What's your return policy?  We happily accept returns for unused and unopened products in original condition, packaging and seal, within 14 days of purchase. Please read the description and ingredients list of each item available on our website thoroughly before placing an order, especially if you have any known allergies or sensitivities.

* What are the steps to follow if I need to return my order?  

1. Email us at info@jouvique.com, provide us with your order number, and wait for our confirmation and further instructions. 

Our customer care team will assess the item to determine whether a refund will be offered in accordance with our Returns Policy, and will guide you through the process. Refunds are granted on a case by case basis at the discretion of Jouvique Natural Beauty. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. We strongly recommend using a return service with tracking to ensure your return is delivered to us.

* My order is damaged. How do you handle this issue?  Just email us at info@jouvique.com and provide us a picture of your damaged item, along with your order number, for faster handling.

Can I make changes to my order, like wrong item, or address?  Contact us as soon as possible. We normally take 1 - 2 days to process and ship orders, once your order is fulfilled we might not be able to cancel or modify it.
